Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners with a dual focus: advancing their Workato practice maturity and ensuring excellent delivery outcomes for joint clients.
- Develop trusted relationships with leadership teams within partner organizations to foster long-term growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding partners on organizational design, service offerings, and end-to-end delivery methodologies.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ongoing health assessments for assigned partners.
- Assist partners in navigating internal processes such as certifications, co-delivery frameworks, and product updates.
- Support partners in securing key sales opportunities through strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales to refine proposals and align on joint delivery strategies to ensure compelling client offerings.
- Oversee all projects managed by partners, stepping in on at-risk initiatives and ensuring performance metrics are monitored.
- Maintain strong coordination between partners and internal customer-facing teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Act as the internal authority on partner capabilities, experience, case studies, and performance data.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries regarding partner delivery strengths and track records.
- Identify and log potential engagement opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to evaluate fit and manage onboarding logistics.
- Champion partner needs within the organization while balancing accountability and maintaining customer-centric priorities.
- Guide internal teams on Partner Success workflows and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Lead the rollout of new programs and communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Support leadership in developing the regional team and contributing to departmental growth initiatives.
- Help design new programs, create operational processes, and develop supporting resources and tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure data accuracy and system compliance for reliable reporting and analysis.
- Provide support to partners outside the primary portfolio as needed.
- Deliver both individualized assistance and scalable support for partners without dedicated management.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams including Partner Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Stay current on product features, roadmap, and market positioning to guide partners effectively.
- Participate in in-person events when required.

- Initially, one hire will be made in the region, with plans to expand the team over time.
- This individual will be the first APAC-based hire for the department.
