Responsibilities
- Lead a $500K revenue goal sourced through partners, including setting strategy, monitoring weekly progress, and adjusting tactics quickly based on performance.
- Manage the entire sales process for leads referred by partners, from initial discovery through product demonstration, objection handling, and closing.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both partners and their referrals, demonstrating deep expertise in Raisely, Keela, and Aplos platforms.
- Revitalize inactive or underperforming partners by designing and executing targeted activation strategies to generate consistent leads.
- Identify and secure new partnerships with consultants, accounting firms, referral networks, and resellers who serve nonprofit organizations.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, managing relationships with both strategic depth and revenue accountability.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as partner pipeline, activation rates, referral volume, and revenue contribution, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales or partnership roles with direct ownership of revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience selling SaaS solutions to nonprofit organizations, including understanding of buyer behavior and sector-specific language.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including demos, handling objections, and closing deals without handoffs.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with clear articulation of methods, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Strong focus on partner activation, ensuring partners become productive contributors, supported by structured playbooks and measurable outcomes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt when existing strategies fail.
- Skilled at collaborating across teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience, bringing solutions along with challenges.
- Authentic commitment to the mission of empowering nonprofit organizations through technology.

Compensation
Base salary plus variable compensation (75% base, 25% variable) tied to partner revenue; OTE range $170,000 - $190,000 USD for US-based candidates, adjusted for location, skills, experience, and education.
