Responsibilities
- Drive new sales opportunities as the main focus, while also influencing ongoing deals to meet software subscription goals.
- Lead and expand the network of partners in Japan, aligning it closely with regional sales objectives.
- Collaborate with current partners to uncover new business leads and accelerate existing deals.
- Engage and prepare over 500 existing SAP partners in Japan who are not yet equipped to sell the solution.
- Strengthen partner capabilities across the entire customer journey, from pre-sales support to post-sale delivery, including guidance on monetization and customer value.
- Serve as a long-term driver of business growth through measurable partner performance.
- Apply strong leadership to initiate and manage revenue-generating initiatives within the partner network.
- Educate current SAP partners on the benefits of collaboration, emphasizing the platform’s unique value and market potential for digital adoption.
- Support partners in developing their skills, resources, and project delivery abilities in line with best practices, in coordination with internal teams.
- Deliver foundational sales training across key areas and coordinate technical pre-sales assistance when necessary.
- Lead joint planning efforts with key partners on annual and quarterly business strategies, focusing on sales, marketing, enablement, and mutual investment commitments.
- Track, document, and report partner commitments, performance outcomes, and return on investment through regular reviews.
- Lead professional interactions with partners, serving as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal departments.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support shared business objectives.
