Responsibilities
- Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for a set of channel and strategic partners, ensuring timely renewals and reduced churn.
- Develop and sustain strong connections with partner contacts and key stakeholders to understand their business goals and renewal expectations.
- Monitor and project renewal pipelines with precision, delivering consistent updates to leadership on status and potential risks.
- Detect renewals at risk well in advance and create action plans in coordination with Partner Success and Sales teams.
- Lead negotiations on renewal terms, including multi-year contracts, pricing adjustments, and contractual changes, following established guidelines.
- Work across departments with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to address obstacles and improve renewal workflows.
- Use partner usage metrics and engagement patterns to guide renewal discussions and uncover potential for growth or expansion.
- Keep Salesforce CRM updated with accurate and detailed records of all renewal activities, results, and projections.
- Support the creation and refinement of renewal strategies, processes, and best practices for partner accounts.
