Responsibilities
- Manage the complete technology ecosystem for partners, including CRM configurations, attribution systems, and external-facing platforms.
- Develop and sustain models that attribute performance to partners, along with dashboards used by leadership to assess results.
- Maintain clean, accurate data across all partner-related records, deals, and interaction points throughout the organization.
- Create and manage programs for onboarding new partners, assigning tiers, and delivering certifications.
- Lead the implementation and evolution of the RFC / DRI decision-making model within the partnerships team.
- Oversee deal registration and coordinate account ownership processes to align internal teams on partner-driven opportunities.
- Develop playbooks, standard operating procedures, and training resources that enable team scalability independent of direct involvement.
- Design internal automation tools that reduce manual operational tasks, such as automated reports, system integrations, and alerts, using AI-assisted coding platforms.
- Develop and deploy simple internal applications and dashboards—like health scores or tracking tools—without relying on centralized engineering teams.
- Serve as the technical owner for all partnership-specific tools, handling specification, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Determine when a solution can be handled internally versus when it requires escalation to Data or Engineering teams, and manage those transitions effectively.
- Deliver regular reports on revenue and pipeline impact generated through partner channels.
- Define the key performance indicators and measurement framework used to evaluate the partnerships team’s success.
- Support quarterly business reviews and executive-level reporting on partnership outcomes.
- Inform strategies for segmenting, tiering, and prioritizing partners by incorporating operational data and system insights.
- Question current approaches in the partner program—such as tier structures or incentive models—using evidence drawn from operational systems.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships during strategic planning, turning operational data into actionable recommendations.
- Execute on strategic decisions by driving operational initiatives and coordinating across departments.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Partnerships team and functions including Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure contractual terms with partners are accurately captured and reflected in internal systems and performance reporting.
- Participate actively in decisions about partner segmentation, tiering, and incentives as a strategic contributor and critical thinker, not just a reporter.
