About the Role

The representative will coordinate with external partners to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and maintain strong working relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes for new partners
  • Serve as primary contact for partner inquiries
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges with partner integrations
  • Monitor partner performance against service standards
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics
  • Escalate technical issues to engineering teams when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
  • Update partner documentation and knowledge resources
  • Coordinate training sessions for partner teams
  • Review partner submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Support contract renewal and expansion discussions
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner workflows
  • Respond to time-sensitive operational requests
  • Maintain accurate records in partner management systems
  • Collaborate with product teams on feature feedback
  • Assist in developing onboarding checklists
  • Monitor service level agreements
  • Drive resolution of cross-functional issues
  • Support partner certification processes
