Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for partner operations and enablement across APAC and EMEA, delivering prompt and dependable support to internal teams and external partner representatives
- Design, update, and manage automation workflows, including recipes and flows, for internal partner teams and external sales partners
- Track partner performance using dashboards and reports, identifying partners at risk and managing tier adjustments as program goals are achieved
- Ensure all partners meet compliance requirements for their assigned tier within their respective regions
- Lead the complete onboarding process for new partners, including account setup, system access, and monitoring progress toward initial 90-day targets
- Assess and integrate new business partners in collaboration with the partner team, ensuring a seamless transition from agreement to active status
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in CRM and PRM systems, including partner records, field data, and workflow settings to support reliable reporting
- Serve as the operational bridge for product and system updates, keeping partners informed with accurate, up-to-date information for effective selling
- Oversee technology infrastructure and data management for the Partner Portal in APAC and EMEA regions
- Develop and maintain interactive Sigma dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and partner-facing teams
- Oversee the partner deal and referral pipeline, identifying stalled opportunities and engaging relevant internal teams to advance deals
