Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping and executing regional partnership growth strategies.
- Oversee and scale a portfolio of partners to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue output by assessing capabilities, risks, and growth potential.
- Collaborate with partners on market entry initiatives, campaigns, and activations to generate qualified leads and align with their business objectives.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality communication to build strong, trust-based relationships with all partners.
- Demonstrate product expertise and assist partners in effectively positioning solutions to merchants.
- Offer foundational technical support for partner or merchant inquiries as needed.
- Stay informed on trends and developments in retail and technology sectors.
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams and advocate for partner needs across the organization.
- Drive partner engagement and activation to increase the number of high-performing partners.
- Identify skill or capability gaps in the partner network and coordinate cross-functional efforts to strengthen performance.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and relevant events.
- Conduct outbound outreach to identify and establish new commercial partnerships that bring merchants into the ecosystem.
