Ensure partner success and high client satisfaction by equipping partners with necessary tools and support for client rollouts
Monitor and manage the partner implementation pipeline, tracking client project progress
Collaborate across departments to execute strategic partner initiatives
Achieve and surpass key performance indicators for customer and partner experience
Supervise quality control for client implementations and partner consultant hiring practices
Lead weekly check-ins with top implementation partners to review onboarding status, milestones, feedback, and project updates
Complete additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives

Oversee Quality Assurance of Client Implementations and Partner Consultants Recruitment
Run weekly calls with key implementation partners to discuss onboarding progress, milestones, feedback, and status of client implementations
