About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining key partner relationships to accelerate product adoption and sales in targeted European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners in assigned regions
  • Manage existing partner relationships to maximize performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Support co-selling activities with alliance teams
  • Track and report on partnership KPIs and business outcomes
  • Coordinate training and enablement for partner teams
  • Align partner goals with regional business objectives
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and renewals
  • Serve as primary liaison between partners and internal departments
  • Monitor market trends to identify partnership opportunities
  • Drive pipeline generation through partner-led initiatives
  • Facilitate technical integration support for partners
  • Organize regional partner events and workshops
  • Maintain accurate partner data in CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements
  • Resolve partner escalations in collaboration with internal teams
  • Provide feedback from partners to product and marketing teams
  • Develop partner-specific sales tools and collateral
  • Evaluate partner performance and recommend growth strategies
  • Support partner certification processes
  • Work closely with marketing to execute localized campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and partner summits
  • Contribute to long-term alliance strategy for the region
  • Ensure alignment between global partner frameworks and local execution
