The Participant Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clinical trial operations through effective participant management and cross-functional coordination. In this fixed-term position, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience for trial participants while upholding strict data integrity and protocol compliance across digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all direct interactions with participants to support a positive trial journey and accurate data entry within the Citrus platform
- Coordinate data collection activities and assist with in-person procedures such as MRI appointments
- Maintain up-to-date participant tracking logs and Investigator Site Files
- Support the Principal Investigator with daily trial execution and respond promptly to queries from the CRO
- Report adverse and serious adverse events according to protocol guidelines
- Identify and escalate operational, safety, or data quality concerns to the Trial Lead or CRO team
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations staff, keeping Trial Leads and Study Team Managers informed of trial progress
- Share participant insights and recommend improvements to enhance trial processes

Technical Tools
You’ll work with platforms including Calendly, Docusign, Medi2data, Dial Pad, Florence, Sealed Envelope, and Citrus.
