Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to ongoing follow-up with potential clients
- Engage and build relationships with inbound leads generated through platforms such as Covalo
- Identify and reach out to new prospects using data from the existing CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging to develop sales opportunities
- Distribute product materials including brochures, catalogs, and samples, and collect feedback
- Keep CRM entries accurate, current, and well-organized
- Assess lead quality and focus efforts on prospects showing strong buying intent
- Schedule and arrange meetings or product demonstrations with senior team members
- Assist in follow-up activities after trade shows and industry events
