Neal R. Gross & Co. is looking for a Part-time Recruiter on a contract basis to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our corporate functions. In this fully remote role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent for our operations, finance, and sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and collaborate on offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interview platforms.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recruiting experience within the legal field or professional services.
