Responsibilities
- Identify residential and commercial properties on FEMA flood maps and assign accurate flood zones based on structure location
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting established productivity benchmarks
- Support regional operations by processing orders using a web-based platform
- Gather and assess all necessary data to determine flood zone classifications
- Support team goals by completing related tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdepartmental teams as needed
