Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients joining the platform.
- Conduct training sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, and executive teams.
- Create onboarding guides, playbooks, and training resources.
- Ensure clients achieve value quickly by following platform best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries in the US.
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance reviews with client teams.
- Analyze client data and platform usage to spot trends and recommend improvements to internal teams.
- Guide clients on strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Advocate for product enhancements based on feedback from US clients.
- Monitor user activity and address underperformance as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, customized materials, and assisting with product demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within current client accounts.
- Partner with leadership on executing go-to-market strategies in the US.
- Provide platform support to medical professionals when necessary.
- Help maintain a balanced and effective two-sided marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer support teams.
