Responsibilities
- Leads daily park operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, positioning the organization as an industry leader and preferred service provider.
- Serves as the primary on-site manager with overall accountability for operations, including availability for urgent issues outside scheduled working hours.
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance through proper implementation and documentation across all operational practices.
- Ensures ongoing adherence to licensing conditions and all relevant local government regulations.
- Upholds strong administrative practices to support both resident needs and internal business functions, including property management, billing, utility monitoring, and rule enforcement.
- Identifies opportunities for site improvement and actively participates in planning, developing, and executing approved initiatives.
- Recruits, leads, and supports a team of staff, fostering professional growth and performance through targeted development efforts.
- Supports evaluation of potential business expansions, including due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions.
