Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and matter tracking for a high-volume caseload across various legal jurisdictions.
- Handle discovery procedures and trial preparation, including document production, coordination of depositions, and management of exhibits.
- Develop and implement process improvements and tools to reduce manual work and scale with increasing litigation demands.
- Assist in responding to legal requests such as subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and other third-party civil inquiries.
- Ensure timely compliance by tracking and scheduling all critical case deadlines, court appearances, and filing dates with no omissions.
- Collaborate with outside legal counsel and government entities on case coordination, document sharing, and scheduling logistics.
- Oversee small claims court cases, including preparing legal filings, arranging appearances, and monitoring outcomes across relevant jurisdictions.
Compensation
Annual base salary range is $105,000 — $123,600 USD; total compensation may include equity, bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Base pay varies by location.
