Responsibilities

  • Assist in discovery processes by reviewing, evaluating, and structuring produced documents
  • Handle document management and ensure case files are systematically maintained
  • Create summaries of deposition or trial transcripts and arrange critical case materials
  • Assemble and organize documentation required for expert witness evaluations
  • Retrieve case-related data from court systems and online resources through targeted searches
  • Draft legal submissions such as motions, pleadings, and briefs for attorney review
  • Track judicial deadlines, filing requirements, and coordinate scheduling tasks
  • Serve as a communication link between case participants and legal team members
