Responsibilities
- Assist in discovery processes by reviewing, evaluating, and structuring produced documents
- Handle document management and ensure case files are systematically maintained
- Create summaries of deposition or trial transcripts and arrange critical case materials
- Assemble and organize documentation required for expert witness evaluations
- Retrieve case-related data from court systems and online resources through targeted searches
- Draft legal submissions such as motions, pleadings, and briefs for attorney review
- Track judicial deadlines, filing requirements, and coordinate scheduling tasks
- Serve as a communication link between case participants and legal team members
