What You'll Do
Take part in a structured research session lasting between 2.5 and 5 hours at a study location in Glendale, Los Angeles, or Sunnyvale. You’ll be asked to move naturally while being photographed and recorded on video under different lighting setups. The session includes short breaks and requires performing everyday actions such as walking, sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and making gestures or facial expressions.
You’ll wear compression garments provided on-site and be asked to bring two separate outfits: one suitable for exercise (with appropriate footwear) and another casual or formal outfit. A specialist will take body measurements and may create an impression of your ear. You’ll also interact with props and furniture as part of the study protocol.
All visual and audio data—including still and moving images of your face, head, and hands—will be collected for research purposes.
Requirements
You must be between 18 and 75 years old and capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs without assistance. You need to understand and follow instructions in English. Participation is open to U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States, with valid documentation required at the time of the session.
Benefits
Compensation ranges from $270 to $395, depending on the session duration, and will be issued through Hyperwallet. You can choose to receive payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or Venmo. This is a one-time, onsite commitment with no ongoing obligations.
