Responsibilities
- Oversee daily optimization of paid social advertising on platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging networks
- Assist in executing cross-channel strategies across paid social, discovery, and new performance media
- Evaluate campaign data to uncover growth potential and guide optimization efforts
- Handle audience segmentation, creative experimentation, and budget allocation pacing
- Design systematic test-and-learn plans to improve performance incrementally
- Deliver regular weekly and monthly reporting on campaign results for client teams
- Turn performance metrics into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Track key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition, cost per lead, conversion volume, and growth trends
- Contribute to building cross-channel performance dashboards
- Manage campaign setup, ad trafficking, and technical configuration across social platforms
- Enforce rigorous quality assurance for campaigns, tracking setups, and budget accuracy
- Audit pixel and conversion tracking setups and coordinate with analytics teams when needed
- Create ad copy concepts and propose structured creative testing strategies
- Partner with creative teams to align messaging with brand identity and performance targets
- Spot opportunities for creative variation, format innovation, and message refinement
- Engage with platform partners and vendors such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and third-party technology providers
- Identify and deploy beta programs, new ad formats, and platform-specific innovations
- Ensure campaigns utilize the most up-to-date platform features and tools
- Collaborate with a global team operating across multiple regional markets
- Share proven strategies and performance insights across different geographic regions
- Coordinate with local teams on regional nuances, language, and cultural relevance in messaging
- Serve as the main contact for clients on paid social planning, optimization, and innovation initiatives
- Support business continuity through alignment on quarterly client priorities, QBRs, and status updates
- Collaborate with clients on advancing paid social maturity and innovation roadmaps
- Lead the development and presentation of client-facing case studies and opportunity showcases
