Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and equivalent platforms - including Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaign types.
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms, consumer intent signals, and competitive opportunities - continuously refining keyword strategy based on performance data and market trends.
- Managing and optimizing PPC budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) - adjusting bids, targeting, and budget allocations in real time based on performance insights.
- Monitoring and analyzing SEM performance metrics - including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, quality scores, and customer acquisition costs - and translating data into actionable optimization strategies.
- Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing page requirements, and creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Conducting ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of search trends, algorithm updates, and industry shifts - ensuring campaigns remain competitive and relevant at all times.
- Analyzing and interpreting campaign and audience data to identify growth opportunities, inform broader marketing strategy, and present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Keeping fully up to date with the latest advancements in paid search, PPC best practices, Google Ads features, and fintech marketing regulations to ensure campaigns are always compliant, current, and optimized.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Search Specialist, SEM Specialist, PPC Specialist, or equivalent digital marketing role.
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads - including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaign types - and Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
- Experience managing and optimizing PPC budgets with a strong track record of delivering measurable ROI improvements.
- Deep understanding of keyword research methodologies, match types, negative keyword strategies, and bid management best practices.
- Experience running campaigns across multiple search engines - Google and Bing at minimum.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - you are comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and making data-driven decisions confidently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - you can present campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace - particularly Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certification or equivalent paid media certifications.
- Experience running paid search in regulated industries such as fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or how crypto kiosk platforms operate.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, landing page optimization, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
