OMD EMEA is hiring a Paid Search Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management and optimization of paid search campaigns on Google, Microsoft, and additional platforms
  • Assist in executing cross-channel strategies involving paid search, Performance Max, and emerging performance media
  • Evaluate performance metrics to uncover growth potential and guide optimization efforts
  • Manage bid strategies, audience segmentation, and budget distribution
  • Design structured testing plans to generate performance improvements
  • Deliver regular weekly and monthly performance summaries for client review
  • Convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, and incremental gains
  • Contribute to building cross-channel performance dashboards
  • Supervise campaign setup, trafficking, and platform configuration tasks
  • Create media plans and ensure compliance with internal planning and approval workflows
  • Follow paid search financial controls and reconciliation procedures
  • Enforce rigorous quality assurance for campaigns, tracking setups, and budget allocations
  • Audit tracking implementation and coordinate with analytics teams when necessary
  • Propose ad copy variations and creative direction based on campaign goals
  • Partner with creative teams to align messaging with brand identity and performance targets
  • Spot opportunities for creative experimentation and messaging refinement
  • Engage with platform partners and third-party vendors including Google and Microsoft
  • Explore and implement beta programs, new ad formats, and platform updates
  • Ensure campaigns utilize current platform features and innovations
  • Collaborate with international teams across various regions
  • Share performance insights and best practices across global markets
  • Coordinate with local teams to address regional language, cultural, and market-specific factors
  • Serve as primary contact for client-related search strategy, optimization, and innovation discussions
  • Support business continuity through alignment with client-driven quarterly goals, QBRs, and status updates
