Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage multi-channel paid media operations, ensuring alignment with growth KPIs
- Lead high-scale campaign tests and implement automation for optimization
- Forecast budgets, manage pacing, and track ROI across all channels
- Mentor and develop team members in campaign management and analysis
- Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and business reporting systems
- Monitor new technologies, privacy changes, and platform algorithms to guide the company’s paid media evolution
- Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to senior management
- Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- Design and execute creative and audience tests to identify scalable tactics
- Analyze campaign results, identify performance patterns, and refine strategies
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel allocations
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align on creative and conversion goals
- Assist in setting up and launching paid ad campaigns (audiences, budget, targeting, creatives)
- Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly; flag anomalies or underperforming ads
- Execute simple optimizations (pause poor performers, adjust bids, refresh creatives)
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and copy
- Generate basic campaign performance reports and track KPIs
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and budget trackers
