What You'll Do
Support the efficient movement of consumables, spare parts, and finished goods through the warehouse by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch. Operate a forklift and company vehicle to transport materials within the facility and to external destinations, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and record deliveries using the SAP/MFG system, maintaining precise inventory data. Monitor workflow and promptly alert supervisors to any issues that could impact deadlines or output. Uphold strict housekeeping standards and comply with all health and safety regulations in daily operations.
Collaborate with your supervisor to maintain alignment with departmental procedures and contribute to team development by coaching colleagues when requested. Follow established dress code policies and ensure all responsibilities are carried out in line with ISO9001 compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts and company vehicles in a warehouse environment
- Hands-on experience with picking, packing, dispatching, and receiving goods
- Proficiency in data entry and experience using SAP or similar MFG systems
- Understanding of ISO9001 standards as applied to logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
- Ability to identify and report operational issues promptly
- Willingness to support team growth through guidance and knowledge sharing
- Adherence to dress code and safety protocols at all times
Work Location
This is an onsite role based in Loughton, requiring daily presence at the warehouse to ensure consistent and reliable logistics support.
