About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation
- Support safety assessment processes and contribute to safety reviews
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain records of safety-related actions and deliverables
- Help organize project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
- Track project timelines and milestones in coordination with project leads
- Provide administrative support to project managers and technical teams
- Contribute to risk assessment documentation and mitigation plans
- Support the development of safety justification reports
- Ensure proper archiving of technical and safety documentation
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits
- Prepare presentations and reports for project reviews
- Monitor action item follow-ups related to safety and project progress
- Support configuration management processes
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and project leadership
- Help integrate safety requirements into system design phases
- Participate in technical meetings and safety boards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Support change management processes within projects
- Contribute to the development of safety test plans
- Assist in verifying compliance with safety regulations
