Responsibilities
- Guide and instruct individuals in acquiring skills necessary for workplace success.
- Provide coaching and training on learning and executing essential job functions.
- Establish and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with service providers to report progress toward goals.
- Help maintain case files and related documentation as required by the organization and supporting agencies.
- Carry out duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
- Ability to communicate effectively through listening, verbal, written, and presentation methods.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
Work Arrangement
Work is performed in a hybrid environment, including an office environment, customer worksite, and community environments with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.

- Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: Viewing computer screen/monitor, Keyboarding, Maneuvering to and around equipment, Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching, Moving or lifting boxes up to 25 pounds, (For some positions) Transporting to various locations within customer site(s) as needed.
