Responsibilities
- Enter and process information into our systems with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support the sales team for timely placement of orders with multiple outsource partners.
- Track and monitor the orders placed with the vendors and be responsible for the end to end cycle until the order is fulfilled and delivered to the customer.
- Assist with month end vendor delivery performance tracking and margin discrepancies reporting by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Review and verify data for any errors or deficiencies, promptly correcting any issues and ensuring overall accuracy.
- Assist with data entry and analysis tasks to expedite the processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing excellent business email etiquette.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of our products' capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate and satisfactory orders.
- Accountable to gather customer tax ID /information needed to enable smooth submission for customs paperwork. Valuable in improving customer service.
- Manage relations with Fedex service and customs agents for seamless delivery operations.
Requirements
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online order entry or customer support roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing.
- Strong analytical, creative, and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively with multiple vendors and products for outsourcing.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a proactive mindset toward identifying and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Capable of effectively working within a team structure - we need a team player!
Nice to Have
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor coordination, along with familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, and purchase order management, is considered an asset

- Reliable high speed internet access and computer
- Available full-time Monday to Friday, for shifts between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), with flexibility if required.
