Midwest Pump Works is hiring an Outside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, including engineers, contractors, and end users, while identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
  • Offer expert product guidance and ongoing technical assistance to clients, ensuring project success and supporting revenue expansion.
  • Proactively schedule customer visits, organize product demonstrations, and maintain consistent communication to support client needs.
  • Participate in product training programs and engage with local industry groups, trade shows, and professional conferences.
  • Travel to manufacturer sites and partner locations as required for training and career development.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commission
