Responsibilities
- Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Find and validate candidate contact information
- Add candidates to sequences and monitor results
- Track responses and update candidate statuses
- Maintain internal dashboards and outreach lists
- Handle follow-ups, bounced emails, and out-of-office replies
- Monitor inboxes and process candidate interest and scheduling updates
Requirements
- Experience with CRM (hubspot…)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Very receptive to feedback and seeks feedback
- Accountable to mistakes and honest with that. Open to ask for help.
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and email tools
Nice to Have
- Previous work with startups or fast-paced environments
- Experience working with outreach (sequences, campaigns)
- Experience with email outreach platforms (e.g. Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist) is a plus
- Previous experience supporting recruiting, sourcing, or sales outreach operations
