- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and buyer intent
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse client profiles
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Follow established sales processes and best practices
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate team members
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries when required
- Contribute feedback from prospects to improve outreach effectiveness
- Manage time efficiently to maximize daily outreach volume
- Engage with decision-makers in mid-sized and enterprise organizations
- Represent the company in a professional and credible manner
- Stay compliant with data privacy and communication regulations
- Support the development of outreach templates and sequences
