Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage diverse conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat
- Diagnose and treat chronic sinus issues and nasal blockages
- Address hearing impairment, ringing in the ears, and balance disorders
- Manage recurring ear infections and Eustachian tube complications
- Treat illnesses involving tonsils and adenoids
- Assess and manage disorders affecting voice and swallowing
- Conduct initial evaluations of head and neck abnormalities and coordinate referrals when necessary
- Review and interpret results from hearing tests, imaging studies, and endoscopic exams
- Work closely with primary care providers, hearing specialists, and other medical experts
- Educate patients and create personalized care strategies
- Ensure thorough and up-to-date electronic medical record entries
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs and ongoing quality enhancements
