LightForce Orthodontics is hiring an Orthodontic Integration Specialist - must reside in Greater Atlanta

About the Role

This role involves guiding orthodontic practices through the implementation and use of a precision-based treatment system, providing hands-on training, troubleshooting, and clinical support to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide orthodontic clinics through the onboarding process for new technology
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for clinical teams
  • Assist with scanning, treatment planning, and case submission workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during initial integration phases
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate digital impressions
  • Support the setup and calibration of in-office scanning devices
  • Review case submissions for quality and completeness
  • Provide feedback to improve clinical adoption and efficiency
  • Document integration progress and flag recurring challenges
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to relay user insights
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and software updates
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user guides
  • Conduct follow-up visits to assess system performance
  • Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities for retraining
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and device handling standards
  • Respond promptly to urgent technical or clinical inquiries
  • Facilitate communication between clinical staff and technical support
  • Track integration timelines and report on key milestones
  • Promote best practices in digital workflow management
  • Support special projects related to product enhancements
  • Gather feedback for future product development
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions
  • Assist in onboarding new team members when needed
  • Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
