Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with senior Originations leaders to deliver administrative and operational assistance
- Assist leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling logistics
- Handle logistical arrangements for meetings, including room reservations and documentation of meeting notes
- Draft, revise, and format correspondence, presentations, and internal communications with attention to accuracy and professionalism
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members by coordinating with HR, IT, and Facilities teams
- Arrange domestic and international travel for leadership and team personnel
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the Originations leadership group
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory, including breakroom essentials and marketing collateral
- Organize scheduled meals for the department during month-end periods, tax season, and other key events
- Partner with management to monitor progress on key tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables
- Serve as backup support to the Executive Assistant as operational needs arise
- Contribute to departmental projects and special initiatives as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
