Responsibilities

  • Support organizational and departmental objectives by understanding strategic goals and operational guidelines
  • Safeguard sensitive information belonging to dealers and customers through strict confidentiality practices
  • Ensure accurate operation of business systems on digital application platforms
  • Conduct thorough reviews and due diligence as required by procedures
  • Deliver consistent daily support to sustain department operations
  • Identify and recommend improvements to workflows across departments
  • Draft, revise, and distribute documents such as correspondence, presentations, and communications ahead of meetings
  • Lead project lifecycle activities including design, execution, rollout, ongoing management, and reporting
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and technical teams
  • Administer user access permissions and manage approval workflows
  • Track project progress daily and deliver detailed status updates across teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
