Pilgrim's (JBS USA) is hiring an Orientation Trainer - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

  • Lead new employee orientation programs that cover organizational background, core principles, company values, and established policies.
  • Provide instruction on timekeeping procedures, attendance expectations, personal protective equipment (PPE), and food safety protocols.
  • Deliver onboarding content using classroom instruction, digital learning platforms, and hybrid training formats.
  • Verify that all required onboarding paperwork and training confirmations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, safety officers, and department supervisors before assigning new hires to work areas.
  • Record and monitor attendance and training completion in designated HR or learning management systems.
  • Communicate clear expectations regarding professional conduct, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary contact for new employees during onboarding to address questions and provide guidance.
  • Keep training materials, presentations, and instructional resources current and accurate.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the onboarding experience.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and meet regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in delivering annual refresher training for all team members as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
