Responsibilities
- Lead new employee orientation programs that cover organizational background, core principles, company values, and established policies.
- Provide instruction on timekeeping procedures, attendance expectations, personal protective equipment (PPE), and food safety protocols.
- Deliver onboarding content using classroom instruction, digital learning platforms, and hybrid training formats.
- Verify that all required onboarding paperwork and training confirmations are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, safety officers, and department supervisors before assigning new hires to work areas.
- Record and monitor attendance and training completion in designated HR or learning management systems.
- Communicate clear expectations regarding professional conduct, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for new employees during onboarding to address questions and provide guidance.
- Keep training materials, presentations, and instructional resources current and accurate.
- Support initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the onboarding experience.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and meet regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in delivering annual refresher training for all team members as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
