About the Role

This role is responsible for leading change management efforts across client engagements, developing communication plans, driving stakeholder engagement, and supporting teams through transitions to improve organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for client projects
  • Identify organizational impacts and recommend approaches to manage transitions
  • Design and deliver communication plans to support change initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand concerns and build support
  • Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to support adoption
  • Monitor change adoption and measure success using defined metrics
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into overall project plans
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive alignment
  • Support leadership in modeling change behaviors and reinforcing new practices
  • Create change impact assessments for departments and teams
  • Manage resistance by identifying root causes and implementing mitigation tactics
  • Maintain documentation of change activities and lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams as needed
  • Provide guidance on change management best practices and tools
  • Support post-implementation evaluation to assess effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
  • Tailor change approaches based on organizational culture and size
  • Use data to inform change strategies and adjust as needed
  • Support the development of change networks and champions
  • Ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across all levels
  • Address employee concerns with empathy and clarity
  • Track milestones and deliverables related to change initiatives
  • Contribute to proposals and client scoping discussions
