Responsibilities
- Receive incoming orders and confirm receipt to customers promptly
- Set up circuit provisioning through carrier online platforms
- Oversee orders from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal departments as needed
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout delivery and installation with a focus on service quality
- Coordinate orders involving multiple technologies and serve as the primary customer contact during order lifecycle
- Schedule field engineers and manage calendars, ensuring technicians have required skills, tools, and supporting services
- Serve as the main phone and email contact for the delivery team
- Handle incoming delivery-related inquiries and route them to appropriate personnel
- Align expectations of internal teams and external clients
- Track order progress and manage daily work-in-progress logs
- Generate and maintain weekly forecasts for product deliveries
- Conduct daily reviews of service usage and adjust provisioning as necessary
- Enter and manage data using proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
- Submit and modify orders through supplier online systems
- Support internal sales teams with availability checks and related requests
- Process order cancellations according to procedures
