Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to deeply understand business goals and operational workflows
- Analyzes and interprets Oracle Procure-to-Pay process flows and system configurations
- Conducts comprehensive testing across the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
- Develops functional design documentation for data conversions, integrations, and custom extensions
- Investigates and deploys efficient, scalable solutions within Oracle EBS to meet business needs
- Leads solution design in cross-functional teams and resolves inefficiencies in current operations
- Delivers training and instructional support to end users
- Supports user acceptance testing for system upgrades and new project features
- Works closely with distributed on-site and remote business and IT teams throughout project lifecycles
- Proactively identifies and promotes improvements to existing processes, procedures, and systems
