Version 1 is hiring an Oracle FCCS Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS Lead to spearhead our financial consolidation and close cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations. This role demands strong functional and technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across finance and IT teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions - Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support - Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes - Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations - Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams during project execution - Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements
