Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of architectural planning and solution design from concept to deployment.
- Define comprehensive blueprints for applications, integrations, databases, and security frameworks.
- Offer expert technical direction to developers working with APEX and integration specialists.
- Set coding standards, code review procedures, and deployment methodologies.
- Facilitate design and architecture sessions with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Create robust, enterprise-level Oracle APEX applications.
- Develop role-specific dashboards, reporting systems, and workflow approval mechanisms.
- Build standardized, reusable components and coding guidelines.
- Spearhead efforts to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Lead the strategy for integrating with Oracle Fusion via REST APIs.
- Design secure and reliable integration methods between Oracle Fusion and APEX platforms.
- Manage API security, error handling, monitoring, and exception response protocols.
- Ensure smooth interoperability with financial and procurement modules such as AP, Finance, and Procurement.
- Develop data models and reporting frameworks using Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Establish a comprehensive audit trail system and data retention policies.
- Apply performance tuning and data efficiency techniques.
- Enforce data protection measures and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Ensure system designs meet SOX compliance and support auditability.
- Implement controls for Segregation of Duties (SoD) to prevent conflicts.
- Design tamper-proof audit logs and structured access control models.
- Support internal audits and compliance evaluation processes.
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and business subject matter experts.
- Engage in requirement gathering, design validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production rollout.
- Monitor and manage technical risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Deliver high-level technical summaries and strategic recommendations to leadership.
