Responsibilities
- Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.
- Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
- Assist in pre-sales activities via demos
- Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service
- Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
Requirements
- Experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert
- Must have previously worked with the Core HR, Absence and HR Helpdesk modules
- Customer focussed with strong documentation skills
- Able to work independently and unsupervised
Nice to Have
- Experience of other Oracle HCM products (in particular, E-Business Suite)
