Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines to eggs designated for broiler farm hatching
- Clean and sanitize laboratory spaces, work zones, and the Embrex machine
- Troubleshoot and maintain the Embrex machine, escalating unresolved issues to technical support
- Prepare and mix vaccine solutions used in the Embrex vaccination process
- Observe and track conditions within incubator and hatcher systems
- Carry out additional production-related tasks as directed to meet operational needs

- Constantly standing and walking during shifts
- Frequently lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and using hands for grasping
- Regularly works in wet, humid environments with exposure to moving machinery
- Occasional exposure to elevated heights, extreme cold, electrical hazards, and vibration
- Works in a high-noise environment
- Must know how to access and operate the emergency stop mechanism
- Must be aware of primary and alternate emergency exit locations
- Required to apply correct body mechanics and lifting methods
- Must remain alert to electric and manual pallet jack traffic
