Responsibilities
- Perform routine and on-call maintenance tasks on field-deployed aircraft, including battery and motor inspections, propeller replacements, sensor calibration, and harness evaluations.
- Conduct pre-mission and post-flight inspections, document outcomes, and identify components requiring in-depth servicing.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and avionics faults in operational settings, performing repairs within scope and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Oversee on-site inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, initiating replenishment requests to headquarters proactively.
- Collaborate with pilots, dispatchers, and flight operations staff to ensure mission timelines are met and aircraft status is communicated clearly.
- Provide field feedback on recurring equipment failures to inform design and manufacturing improvements.
- Travel between operational sites in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka as required by deployment needs.

Work Arrangement
On-site — Hoskote, Bangalore, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bangalore
Work Location
Initial training based in Hoskote, Bangalore (1-2 months), followed by field deployment to Andhra Pradesh (2 positions) or Bangalore (1 position).
Work Schedule
- 1st and 3rd weeks of each month: Monday to Friday.
- 2nd, 4th, and 5th weeks of each month: Monday to Saturday.
