Responsibilities
- Supports and oversees the technical implementation of research projects from start to finish.
- Provides assistance with survey programming, link validation, translation oversight, fieldwork preparation, and coordination with external partners.
- Manages up to 30 active research projects simultaneously to maintain expertise in participant recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and collaborates with fieldwork and project management teams to optimize outcomes.
- Develops sampling strategies tailored to assigned research projects.
- Conducts regular project reviews and alerts project managers to any emerging issues.
- Delivers recruitment progress updates to project teams upon request.
- Ensures all projects adhere to client-defined timelines and delivery schedules.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of internal sampling, email distribution, and reporting systems to maximize project success.
- Maintains strict accuracy standards and exercises meticulous attention to detail.
- Builds cross-functional relationships to ensure clear and effective communication of project insights.
- Stays highly organized while handling multiple projects to deliver efficient results.
- Keeps outsourced recruitment costs and rates within established performance benchmarks.
- Achieves client satisfaction scores that meet or exceed targets.
- Participates in internal kickoff meetings and prepares materials for client kickoff presentations.
- Handles coordination with external partners, including communication through external liaisons and status updates.
- Supervises translation workflows and performs comprehensive link testing.
- Submits survey instruments to the programming team for development.
- Joins all client-facing meetings to ensure alignment and offer operational support.
- Helps resolve any issues related to survey links or access.
- Configures automated data export processes when necessary.
- Shares client contact details with the Quick Charts team to enable reporting setup.
- Files partner request forms as required by project needs.
- Collaborates with the custom recruitment team to manage internal participant enrollment.
- Organizes and schedules pre-test activities for research validation.
Responsibilities

- Manage up to 30 live projects to maintain the knowledge and experience of market research recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies; coordinate with project fieldwork coordinators & project managers to best utilize available options for maximum results.
- Build a sampling plan for the projects allocated.
- Review projects on a regular basis and inform project managers when challenges arise.
- Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
- Ensure projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client.
- Have an excellent understanding of the M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail.
- Build working relationships across departments to ensure insight is well communicated and understood.
- Organized, as you will have to work on a variety of projects to generate effective results.
- Keep M3 outsourced project recruitment rate and costs under the given KPIs.
- Client satisfaction score above target.
- Attend the internal kickoff (IKO) and prepare the client kickoff (CKO) deck.
- Manage partner coordination, including external liaison (EL) communications and ongoing updates.
- Oversee the translation process and conduct thorough link checks.
- Submit surveys to the programming team.
- Attend all client calls to ensure alignment and provide support.
- Assist with troubleshooting any link-related issues.
- Set up automated data exports as required.
- Provide client contact information to the Quick Charts team for set up.
- Submit partner request forms as needed.
- Manage internal recruitment efforts in collaboration with the custom recruitment (CR) team.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-tests.
