Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one functional area
- Adapt priorities as needed to meet team demands
- Possess working familiarity with key systems including Salesforce, Outlook, and custodian online platforms
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal staff and external partners
- Assist advisors and internal teams with account setup, maintenance, transfers, and transaction processing
- Ensure all incoming requests meet quality standards
- Coordinate with custodians and advisors to facilitate request fulfillment
- Evaluate requests for completeness and clarity before forwarding to custodians
- Investigate and resolve account-related issues in collaboration with advisors, custodians, and internal teams
- Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting custodial policies and procedures
- Be available for occasional overtime, particularly during peak periods such as quarter-end and tax season
