Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify merchant applications along with accompanying documentation.
- Create and configure new merchant accounts in processing systems and keep records up to date.
- Track daily transaction volumes, batch settlements, and funding schedules.
- Respond to merchant inquiries about payment processing and account status.
- Investigate and fix processing errors in coordination with payment processors and financial institutions.
- Assist internal departments with data input, reporting, and administrative assignments.
- Recognize operational issues and escalate them to the Operations Manager for resolution.
- Offer insights and suggestions to refine processes and improve merchant satisfaction.
