Responsibilities
- Management of the entire lifecycle of 3PL partners—sourcing, onboarding, contract management, performance monitoring, scaling, and termination of the partnership.
- Performance evaluation and improvement—analysis of 3PL and courier KPIs, proposal and implementation of measures to achieve SLA targets.
- Ensuring audit readiness—implementing corrective and preventive actions, as well as maintaining and updating all relevant documents.
- Communicating with our customers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Management of vehicle-related processes – coordinating vehicle pickups at service centers, reporting accidents, and maintaining an up-to-date accident database.
- Supporting business case calculations and budgeting, as well as taking responsibility for the P&L of your own division – detailed knowledge of cost structures and margin drivers, supporting financial closings, and maximizing gross profit.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Düsseldorf, Hanover, Mannheim, Frankfurt, Cologne
Additional Information
- Language requirements: German at C1 level, English at B2 level.
- Travel: Willingness to take regular and ad hoc business trips (e.g., one week to Hanover, the next week to Mannheim).
- Ideal location: Düsseldorf/Duisburg/Essen and the surrounding area.
