Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage operational functions for the Bermuda entity, including execution of policies, SLA management, and compliance with local regulations and agreements, whether handled internally or by third parties.
- Develop and maintain oversight structures across key business functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence.
- Lead the development of operational resilience programs, covering risk assessment, emergency planning, incident response, and coordination with regulators and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as financial institutions, regulators, and functional teams to drive high-priority operational and risk projects.
- Support frontline operational activities, including product launch evaluations, internal audit participation, regulatory inspections, and supervisory engagements.

- Operates within a remote-first environment with periodic in-person collaboration sessions held quarterly.
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Engages directly with regulatory authorities, banking partners, and cross-functional departments.
