Responsibilities
- Design and execute operational workflows and performance metrics to enhance efficiency.
- Lead strategic enhancement initiatives such as system upgrades and cloud transitions, defining project scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
- Enforce program governance by ensuring compliance with established policies and operational protocols.
- Incorporate insights and proven methodologies to refine project execution and delivery outcomes.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, communicate, and address potential project risks.
- Support the creation and oversight of program budgets, tracking spending for cost-effectiveness and value optimization.
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance-related tasks.
- Recognize cross-project dependencies and lead efforts to resolve them efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as needed to advance organizational objectives.
- Provide weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) when required by business demands, with compensatory time off scheduled on weekdays (e.g., Tuesday and Thursday).
