Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational processes across our varied projects. You will be central to streamlining workflows, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring our operations align with strategic company goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effective resource utilization.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflow and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to align operational strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management on operational performance.
- Identify training needs within the operations team and implement plans to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage risk and compliance standards, ensuring all operations meet regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative thinking among team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record in process optimization and managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and operations management frameworks.
